Diamond Fox with Steve Dampier Showing Rhythm and Style

The Proud Stallion at Hurst Stable Producing Many Fine Offspring

When Diamond Fox was born on our farm in 1993, we knew he was something special.  His dam was our son's show mare, Diamond's Merry, and his sire was Missouri Rambler, a proven champion of the highest level in the show ring and producer of many great offspring.

In 1996 Diamond Fox went into training as a three year-old with Steve Dampier and was reserve champion of the Three Year-Old Futurity Stud and Gelding class and the reserve champion of the Three Year-Old Futurity Open Championship Class as well.  That same year, Diamond Fox was shown at the Missouri Fox Trot Horse Breed Association World Celebration and was honored as Reserve Champion of the Three Year-Old Open Stud and Gelding Championship Class.

Our fine sorrel/chestnut stallion is 15 hands tall and close to 1000 pounds.  He has a star on his forehead and one hind sock.  His colts have been sorrel/chestnut, black, palomino, blue roan, red roan, grey, and bay - quite a selection with every one showing his beautiful conformation.  He also passes on his disposition, good head, short back, and a lot of front end.  The reach and rhythm in his natural fox trot is quite impressive.
